Q: State legal person in accordance with salmond ?

Ans: There are two kinds of legal persons - a) natural persons; and b) artificial persons. According to Salmond, artificial person is a subject-matter other than a human being to which the law attributes personality. 

Salmond observes that a person is any being whom the law regards capable of rights and duties. Any being that is so capable is a person whether a human being or not.
