Sh. Asa Ram and another, by this suit, against the M.C.D. and others, have sought recovery of Rs. 4 lacs as damages on account of the death of their son Karan Singh, which according to them was caused due to rash and negligent act of defendants.

Hence taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of this case, the court passed decree of the suit in favor of the plaintiffs and against the defendants for a sum of Rs. 3,60,000/-with costs plus simple interest at the rate of 12% p.a. from the date of filing of the suit till realisation.
